Warubi Sports operates on the European football model: clubs select players based on ability, not their parents’ bank account. Our role is to connect talent with opportunity – and we only earn when that connection leads to a real result.
Four principles that define everything we do:
1. Football is free. No player pays Warubi to play football. Clubs select on ability – and at higher levels, they pay the player.
2. Living costs are real costs. If you relocate to a different country, you need housing, language school, transport, and insurance. Every line item is transparent.
3. Agency fees are success-based. We only earn when we help you sign a real opportunity – a college scholarship, a professional contract, or a deal we created. No result, no fee.
4. Every pathway is authentic and verifiable. Access to FIFA-licensed intermediaries. UEFA and U.S. Soccer licensed coaches. NCAA and NAIA college coach support. Players compete in official DFB-registered leagues and train inside partner clubs – not satellite camps. Every credential is verifiable.
Players in the Bundesliga Talent Pathway invest in access to the club’s elite development infrastructure and network — the same coaching, facilities, and methodology used by professional academy players in the same location. This is separate from club football, which remains free at every level.
The European Model vs. Pay-to-Play
In much of the world, young players pay large sums to train at academies or access “exposure” programs. The agency profits regardless of whether the player succeeds.
In Europe, football works differently. Clubs invest in players because developing talent is their business model. A player’s ability earns them a spot. At amateur levels, players train for free. At higher levels, the club compensates the player. Warubi follows this model completely.

coaches hold UEFA and U.S. Soccer licences that can be independently verified. Our college coach relationships are
with named individuals at specific NCAA and NAIA programs – we’re happy to put you in direct contact. Players in our
system are registered with the DFB in official league competitions, not showcase-only events.
