Our Scout position is very popular among former college players, coaches, and professional individuals looking to expand their network, share their experience and help deserving athletes while earning a respectable income based on performance. Scouts work closely with athletes to identify their talents and explain how we can help assist. You will need to pass the WARUBI Scout License test before before acting as WARUBI Global Scout.

Team Manager

Our Team Manager position is an upgrade from the Scout level. This position includes the same aspects of a scout position & it allows you to grow your own scout network either nationally or internationally. It is a combination of a salary package, performance compensation, and a bonus structure. You will need at least 1 year of experience on the Scout level before applying for the Team Manager role.

Business Partner

The Partner position, the highest level position, allows you to grow your own network either nationally or internationally with the help of WARUBI network. Our partner are experienced talent evaluators and possess skills in forming business partnerships. As a partner you will be able to create a flexible lifestyle with rewarding remuneration. You will need at least 2 year of experience with the company before becoming a partner.
