About me
I’m Caio Mazzo Nogueira. Originally from Brazil, and now living in Potsdam, Germany. After earning my bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in Sports Management in the U.S., I decided to pursue my professional goals in Germany. I played college soccer at two NAIA universities, professionally in NISA, and in semi-pro leagues like NPSL, UPSL, and MWPL. I’ve also played for well-known clubs in Brazil and for Regionalliga and Oberliga teams in Germany. Fun fact, I speak Portuguese, English, Spanish, and German.

About us
WARUBI Sports is a full-service soccer management company that guides players and coaches through a variety of issues related to their collegiate and professional careers. In addition, we organize and host soccer youth camps in cooperation with the DFB.
Located in West Palm Beach, Florida, WARUBI Sports is expanding as the industry leader in connecting football from Europe with soccer in the United States. Our vision is to build the world’s largest global soccer network.
We are committed to improving the level of service beyond what any athlete has experienced in the industry thus far, one client at a time.

I have long considered taking the - probably biggest – step in the life for most of us Student Athletes so far and deciding to study abroad in the US. During the planning process, there are always thoughts about whether it's the right decision and sometimes obstacles or setbacks that make you doubt. However, the entire Athletes USA team always had my back during that time and helped and supported where they could. Now that I am in the US and can combine sports with university at the highest level, I have to say that it was without a doubt the right decision. Even now, the team is still there to support you and help you get used to the new conditions here. Being present in Germany as well as in the U.S., especially during the stay, is also a big advantage, which I would not want to miss in any case. Long story short: the best possible support before, during, and after the journey, we athletes can hope for.

There were 31 coaches from 22 different countries gathered in Mühlhausen, Thüringen in what was the old East Germany – only 3/4 hours to major cities such as Berlin, Munich etc.The course was organised highly professionally and covered in minute detail all aspects of the game: technical, tactical, physical, psychological, co-ordination and football conditioning. I see it as a holistic football approach. I enjoyed it aa lot. WARUBI staff and the DFB course instructors were highly professional and made us all feel at home.
